Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all web, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize online advertising costs and campaigns in Google PPC,Facebook, IG, Adwords, GDN, Youtube, etc.
  • Well comprehend in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and relevant social media advertising tools especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and etc.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance, and assess these against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Make sure that revenue goal are align among working team
  • Connect the Dot, make sure each working team works together seamlessly in order to achieve the company revenue and brand awareness goals.
  • Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience by collaborating with internal teams
  • Track and maintain a work schedule to be on time.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience using analytical ability, looking across multiple channels.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Qualification:

  • At least 5 years experienced managed online marketing team
  • Excel in managing online marketing campaign and project timeline
  • Great understanding of online marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, pageview, session and conversion.
  • Motivated, energetic, analytical, forward-thinking with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Fast learner and initiative.
  • In-house and agency backgrounds are a bonus
